Neighbors helping neighbors is an idea that built our nation. Today, that same philosophy is rebuilding Baltimore, as well as, neighborhoods in more than 955 cities and towns across America. It is our goal to help low-income homeowners -- particularly the elderly, disabled, and families with children -- live in warmth, safety, and independence, in their own homes, for as long as possible.
